K. Inferences Inferences drawn from any of the information above to create a profile reflecting preferences, characteristics, behavior, attitudes, abilities, and aptitudes. YES

Note: Because we only use sensitive personal information for these permitted purposes, you do not have a right to limit our use of this information under the CCPA.

How to Exercise Your CCPA Rights

To exercise your CCPA rights (Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, or Right to Opt-Out), you may submit a request by:

When submitting a request, please provide enough information for us to verify your identity, including:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address (if applicable)
  • A description of your request

Verification Process

To protect your personal information, we must verify your identity before processing your CCPA request. The verification process may include:

  • For Right to Know (Categories): We will match at least two data points you provide with data we maintain
  • For Right to Know (Specific Pieces): We will match at least three data points and may require a signed declaration under penalty of perjury
  • For Right to Delete: We will match at least two data points you provide with data we maintain
  • For Right to Correct: We will match at least two data points you provide with data we maintain

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA request on your behalf. To do so:

  • The agent must provide written proof that you have authorized them to act on your behalf
  • You must verify your own identity directly with us
  • You must directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request

We may deny requests from agents who do not provide proof of authorization.

Non-Discrimination

Loansfax will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not:

  • Deny you goods or services
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services

However, we may offer you financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels, provided that the financial incentive is reasonably related to the value of your personal information.

Minors Under 16

Loansfax does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age. Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor under 16, we will delete it promptly.
